The villa has outdoor dining  for 14 on the patio, indoor dining for 16 in the air-conditioned dining room, and indoor dining for 8 in the the air-conditioned gazebo. Four of the master bedroom suites have outdoor garden showers. 5 bedrooms have king beds and one 2 double beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

In addition to a dining table for 8, the air-conditioned gazebo has seating to enjoy music or television for 8 and a game table for 4.
