Reservations
To rent a villa you simply need to:
• Search through the following villas pages and find a villa that meets your needs and is available for the dates you plan to travel.
• Email the Travel Coordinator by completing our reservation form (see below).
• Our Travel Coordinator will confirm the availability and email you a Rental Agreement for your signature.
• Return the signed Rental Agreement with your check and you will receive the approved Rental Agreement in the mail.


Miscellaneous notes regarding renting:
• The rental rate includes one maid for cleaning, laundry and cooking breakfast and lunch.
• If you want to rent a golf cart or carts, the rate is $35.00 per day per cart.
• Additional maid or cook will be provided at an additional cost that can be arranged with the Travel Coordinator.
• The rate does not include transfer to and from the airport.
